Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email or phone and provide your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your order back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

+ How do I care for my candle?

-Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.

-Burn the candle for at least 2 hours the first time to ensure an even melt pool.

-Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

-Keep the candle away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects.

-Store the candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

+ How do I care for my leather goods?

-Avoid exposure to water, heat, sunlight, and chemicals.

-Wipe off any dirt or dust with a soft cloth.

-Apply a small amount of leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather soft and supple.

-Do not use soap, detergent, or alcohol to clean the leather.

-Store the leather good in a breathable bag or box away from humidity and moisture.
